"In this place in 1933 the House for the Workers Children (north) was established in memory of A.D. Gordon, in the spirit of his slogan 'Work and Learn'. It prepared thousands of children for a life working towards social justice and the equality of human value. It nurtured in them a love of their homeland, and made them pioneers for their nation and the land."
