After an exciting 3 hr protest, the JNF decided to delay the vote (on whether to swap lands in the center for lands on the periphery with the government in Israel, which would then immediately privatize all acquired lands in the upcoming chok ha'hesderim). More details to come.

i actually already applied for land with the prime minister. He said most of it has already been taken on lay-by.
